At the moment, our acquisition selection criteria is a follows:

• Plots located in Málaga city centre and Málaga province. (Fuengirola, Las Lagunas de Mijas, Coín, Rincón de la Victoria, Cártama, Alhaurín, etc.)
• Plots located in first and second beach line.
• Plots located in first and second golf line.
• Plots with sea views.
• Plots classified as private facility use intended for nursing and residential home of the elderly.
• Plots located in Malaga’s emblematical areas.
• Plots classified as industrial facility use within the town.
• Plots classified as commercial facility use.
• Trade-in plots (payment made by dwellings, commercial premises or garages).
