Grupo ImNova presents its new project: "Art and Architecture"

Grupo ImNova presented its new project named "Art and Architecture".

Our objective is to integrate an art piece in each of our developments. The art piece will be chosen from a novel artist's œuvre: a sculpture in the access hall or garden, a wall painting in the entrance hall of the building, a canvas by the lift door or an statue by the pool.

A modest contribution in order to promote and integrate art in our daily life.

Grupo ImNova promotes the creation of a Museum of Architecture and Design

Architecture is one of the greatest human artistic expressions of all times, a part of our daily life as no other: we live in houses, architecture's products. However, we do not think about it very often and pay little attention to it. People would be able to name famous paintings but, how many worldwide architecture designs would they be able to name?

A Museum of these characteristics would be one of first of this type in the world. Its objective is to show and get the master architecture designs closer to the general public by means of photographs, models, plans, drawings and audiovisual media of both Spanish and International Architects as well as Architecture Designs located in Spain and Worldwide.

Grupo ImNova begins this long journey based on three main performance guidelines:

A) Promoting the museum project among historians, specialists, researchers, experts and prestigious professionals in the world of architecture and design in order to stimulate the creation and design of the project.

B) Raising the necessary funds from a Townhall interested in developing the project in its town, as well as Regional Governments as the authority in charge of the implementation of the Museum.

C) Introducing the Museum Project to public and private institutions, schools, universities, businesses and individuals in order to raise funds and support.

Received by the Mayor of Malaga and the Councillor of the City Centre District

The Resident's Association of La Trinidad, represented by its President, Mr. Juan Romero, finally arranged a meeting with the Mayor of Málaga, Mr. Francisco de la Torre, and the Trinidad District's Councillor, Mr. Diego Maldonado, as a result of his constant and hard work for the improvement of the facilities in this Málaga's Historical Neigbourhood.

On this occasion Grupo ImNova has been asked to join the meeting and help preparing the Guidelines for the Improvement of the Neighbourhood.

This document identifies the major needs of the neighbourhood and proposes specific, quick and easy solutions to be implemented with the objective of attaining perceptible changes in the short term and a coordinated and integrated improvement plan.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Juan Romero to count on us, and the Mayor and the District's Councillor for their kind attention, interest shown in learning and solving the problems in the Neighbourhood, as well as their positive assessment of the document.

The Neighbourhood´s Association of La Trinidad counts on Grupo ImNova´s support

Grupo ImNova is collaborating with the Neighbourhood's Association of La Trinidad, providing material and human means, in order to support and help implementing the renewal process in this emblematical Neighbourhood, in the heart of the city.

In this respect, we are jointly preparing the Guidelines for the Improvement of the Neighbourhood to be submitted to the Townhall of Málaga.

The proposal identifies the major needs of the community and aims specific, quick and easy solutions to be implemented.

At the moment we are expecting to be received by the Mayor and the Councillor of the City Centre District.
