The one-floor building comprises Studio units and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and penthouses with terrace, parking spaces and storage rooms.
The building is distributed around the fountain in one large single central patio (as opposed to the usual 3 patio buildings) which gives singularity to the building as it provides all the apartments with natural light (the apartments on the first floor face the central patio instead of a corridor) and privacy to the apartments on the ground floor, turning this development into an exclusive building to live and enjoy, in the heart of the city.
This unique central patio is inspired by the typical andalusian patios with flowerpots, geranium, gargoyles, a water fall and a fountain.
Our objective is to provide the building with an attractive, and very often forgotten, architectonic element, as well as turning into a unique, different and exclusive product by the vegetation and the freshness of water, which transmits positive feelings. Inspired by the typical andalusian architecture, with details such as:
- A seigniorial façade in an elegant beige colour
- White window dressings to enhance the façade’s volume.
- Dark grey wrought iron balconies.
- Aged curved Arabic tile roofing.
- Country-style entrance door.
- Large façade openings with balcony doors to allow natural light in the houses.
However, the interior architecture design and the building materials used will be of a markedly contemporary style, allowing to design modern and comfortable houses.
In summary, the project is based on the traditional andalusian architecture on the façade and patio combined with a contemporary interior architecture ………..……….. to enjoy when you get home.
